Hi there,
My notification emails and texts are no longer going out. It worked while I was using a test domain, but upon migrating my site none of the notifications get sent out. This seems to be irrespective of the email method used (SMTP, PHP Mail, WP Mail).
Any clue what might have gone wrong here? It seems I have tried everything and cannot diagnose the issue.
Again, the SMS messages are also no longer going out either.

Sorry for the delayed response, it was a National holiday in our country.
Could you please provide us with temporary WP Admin access, so we will look into the issue from the inside? You can post the credentials as a reply to this ticket, just make sure you use private mode.
We don't interfere with any data except for the plugin and, of course, we don't provide login details to a third party.
