Dear all,
we use your plugin to offer online booking of wine tastings in a winery. As you can see we have the following setup:
Do you have any idea how to close a service or mark as booked after just one person booked the table - although the table (service) could be booked by 4 persons max.
It´s because of the corona situation, there´s only one household possible per table. So if one person books a table that is for 4 persons max. available it should be marked as a booked timeslot.
Thanks and regards
Daniel
Hello Daniel
If your services have min capacity 1, and max capacity 4, to close the appointment as soon as one party books (1, 2, 3 or 4 people during one booking), you need to disable "Allow booking above maximum capacity" and "Allow booking below minimum capacity" in Amelia Settings/Appointment settings.
So, both sliders should be disabled there, and you should achieve the result you're looking for.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
