Hi, I recently updated Amelia to 3.2.
The backend "Calendar" which conveniently illustrates appointments, which was working fine previously, is now broken -- it is just blank, and I can't select any employees, it just says "All Employees" but when I click that, still it does not show any appointments. The "Services:" button at the top right on the same page also never finishes loading.
I've tried clearing all caches, refreshing, and swapping accounts -- all blank and not working.
I've seen others in this same forum with the same/similar issue, so will a fix be coming soon or will I need to restore a previous update?

Please try to look for an Employee with an "empty" Last Name, and if you find him/her, please edit this Employee.

I've checked and every employee has last names inputted -- it is a mandatory field anyways.
The backend calendar still does not show any appointments, past and future, and does not show any employees.

This is happening to me as well. Today the calendar stopped displaying appointments and is completely blank. Tho I can see the appointments in "Appointments" section but there is nothing in the Calendar.

I'm sorry that you faced this issue.
Could you please also check if there's an Employee with an empty Last Name? If so, please edit his/her name.
Also, please try to deactivate all other plugins except for Amelia and see if the calendar is visible again. If that helps, please start activating plugins one by one until you find the problematic one.
I already mentioned these solutions before, but usually, similar issues are related to an "empty last name" or to a conflicting plugin.
If it doesn't resolve the issue, please open a new ticket (since you won't be able to post a private response here) and provide us a temporary WP Admin login and database credentials.
