I want to show a text that is displayed as a tooltip in the filter field to give a small detail of how to enter the data in that filter, but I can't find the functionality, I was trying to do it with css but I couldn't, because I need to specify the text to show where the filter class is defined.

Unfortunately, there are no tooltips available yet.
There are some plugins for that, but I wouldn't recommend using any of them. Most have a conflict with wpDataTables and will make the tooltips remain on the table until the page is refreshed, making them useless.
It probably can be done with some custom work, but our developers are very busy at the moment, working on some priority tasks and fixing bugs and issues with our plugins, so they won't be having the time for custom work in near future.
