I get an error message: Cannot proceed payment, please try again (when the customer tries to pay with Stripe). My API keys looks fine. Not sure what I did wrong
Found the problem.
The customer didn't enter his postal code.
But the postal code text field doesn't show up until the customer enters his credit card.
It was confusing for the customer.
Is there a way to make the postal code a mandatory field ?
Thank you
Hello Antoine
Postal code field is only mandatory for United States, Canada, Australia and UK (if I'm not mistaken). That's why the field doesn't show up until the number of the card is entered. Stripe sees the issuing country of the card by its number, so it either generates the postal code field, or it doesn't.
This functionality is coming from Stripe, not Amelia, so there's nothing we can do about it.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
