Guys on the last page of the booking can it be a form that needs to be submitted? So essentially some of my services would be bookable through a merchant (Paypal/Stripe) so would take payment on the last step & other courses would be booked with an enquiry form???
Is this possible?
If we can do this then i will buy the plugin, this is an integral feature requirement.
thank you for taking interest in Amelia, and for contacting us.
Amelia does not have a set form for the booking - we have a customizable one with Custom Fields feature.
You can add checkboxes, radio buttons, text fields.... We also have an attachment one in case you need your users to submit documentation.
All of the data entered by each client will be available to you as an admin on the backend.
You can even set some buttons to be mandatory (customer cannot proceed unless these are filled out); however, please bear in mind that this will stay mandatory for every booking.
I see now, you'd like to have 2 checkouts; at the moment we have separate checkouts depending on the payment type and service - if you set service x to be on site, and it requires a form to be filled, it can work because client will not be prompted to pay immediately but when they arrive to your location; you can set service y to be paid online and customer will be prompted to pay immediately in order to have their booking accepted.

Would this work for you?
Thanks very much Ivana & yes I think that will work.
Can i just be clear.
1. Half of my services will go through to take payment after booking.
2. The other half will go to the form & when they submit this I will manually contact them.
Can i configure my courses this way?
I am a teacher & my 1to1 classes i can take bookings for but my group classes need to be enquiries that is why i need 2 different checkouts?
Does that make sense?
Hi Andre,
thank you for contacting back
