I have a client who is potentially interested in using Amelia for booking events.
They want to know if it is possible for Amelia to hold a reserve list of people interested in a fully booked event who can be contacted in the event that an existing attendee cancels and frees up a space they then can book.
The idea would be a person would register their interest if an event is fully booked and be contacted in order of registrations automatically to offer them a place.
An example:
Say 25 people have booked on EVENT 1 with 25 capacity.
3 people then cancel enabling availability on the event
10 people registered an interest in EVENT 1 - is it possible for Amelia to email the first 3 people on the waiting list offering them the chance to book?
I'm afraid I have to disappoint you: at the moment Amelia doesn't have a waiting list feature. We received a few requests regarding this functionality, but it's not our top priority for future updates now, so I can't tell you when exactly it will be implemented.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.

Ok thanks for the reply. Good to know a few others are interested in this as well and it might be offered in the future.
