    Hi

i am planning to use amelia on the buddypress environment.

with that, it's pretty crucial to get 'username' rather than first name and last name.

but from the documents i see, I don't see 'username' listed on the notification placeholder. (https://wpamelia.com/notifications/)

    something like

    • customer_username
    • employee_username

are these available? is there a way to get these values somehow?

If not available, can you help make it available?

    Please advise.

    Thank you.

    Hi, Rohan!

    Thank you for your inquiry.

I'm afraid, at the moment it's not possible with the built-in features in Amelia.

It probably can be done with some custom work, but our developers are very busy at the moment, so they won't be having the time for custom work in the near future.

But we can recommend these services for customization:

    https://codeable.io/?ref=l1TW1

    https://wpkraken.io/?tms-plugins

They do develop such solutions, so you can send your inquiry to them.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Best Regards.
