Is there a way to change the times so they create a time line like this
8am-8:55am so the client understands it's not a full hour but is actually 55 minutes. Also I need cleaning time between clients which I put as an extra 15 minutes so a typical day would go like this. See below.
8:00-8:55am with extra 15 minutes then next client would be
9:15-10:10am and so on. But......those times would change if the day did not start until 9am instead of 8am
I am assuming there is nothing set in place for such varieties at this time.

Do you mean the starting time won't be the same all the time? I believe if you enable the "Use service duration for booking a time slot" and "Include service buffer time in time slots" options in Amelia -> general settings, it will work the way you require.
