Hi, I have purchased Amelia couple weeks ago and now I m really having trouble fixing my problem.
- When a customer wants to book an appontement with me, it shows time slot like “4am-5am” or it does not show the time slot I am actually available to work. What should I do to modify that? I have tried everything but nothing works. I checked in setting “workings hours” and I have checked my employees working hours.
The time schedule showing for customer is wrong and it is not link with my employee hours that I have setup already
please I need help here
thanks
Morgan
Hi, Morgan!
Thank you for choosing Amelia.
And I'm sorry to hear that you faced this issue.
Please make sure your WP Time Zone settings are set to the City and not to UTC format.
If you enable the "Show booking slots in client time zone" option in Amelia -> General Settings, then the time on the front end will be shown according to the Time Zone that is set in your Customer's operating system (i.e. computer), or Google/any other account. So, please make sure that this option is enabled/disabled according to your requirements.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
