Thank you for being so understanding, and we hope you enjoy the long weekend!
Hello, Our events are paid, how can I transfer an attendee to another class (event) in the backend without cancelling them and having them re-enroll
Hi Carin,
thank you for reaching out to us!
You can go to the old Event in Amelia > Events, click Attendees.
Uncheck the customer from that event to cancel it.
Then, go to the other event and again click Attendees for that Event.
Here you can Add Attendees; go in there and add this customer to this Event.
I hope this helps
Just confirming that this action will not require any action with payment? We can add from backend without the necessity of assigning the payment since it has already been made, correct?
Hi Carin,
Yes, it shouldn't ask for any payments, because payments that are made online can only be made when customer books from the frontend.
