Please make sure your WP Time Zone settings are set to the City and not to UTC format.
If you enable the "Show booking slots in client time zone" option in Amelia -> General Settings, then the time on the front end will be shown according to the Time Zone that is set in your Customer's operating system (i.e. computer), or Google/any other account. Also, it can be affected by VPN. So, if this option is enabled, then the reason might be the Customer's Time Zone incorrect settings.
Also, please note that Service availability depends on the Working hours settings in the Employee's profile and not in Amelia -> Settings -> Working hours and Days off (just in case).
The hours my clients can book don't coordinate with the working hours of my employees? What could be an explanation to this?
Hi, Viktor!
Sorry for the delayed response.
