I just recently moved my website to a new server, and a couple of hours after the sql file was installed, all my employees and services in the Amelia plugin disappeared. It can all be found in the database, but it's not appearing on my site. Locations and customers are still there. I've been in contact with the hosting provider but we couldn't figure out the issue.
When you are moving on live site from local or stage site we can suggest to use Plugin Duplicator. We use it and it's working fine, because he will transfer all the files and also the tables to database.
You can use it to "move" the datafiles that also include your employee and services data.
I see! I have already moved the site to the new hosting provider so I am not sure if the plugin can help me here. Is there a way I can get the employee and service data back? It is in the database but not showing on the website.
Let's try checking to see what can be done; can you please provide us with a database login, and a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

I forwarded it to our devs to check inside the database; I will contact you back when I receive a reply from them.
In the meantime, I wish you a great day!
Thank you so much and I wish you a great day as well :)
Looking forward to hear back from you! :)
Hi Caroline,
it's done
Since an employee saved without a last name (an empty space instead of the last name), we went to wp_amelia_users, and added a dot. It works now
Hi Ivana!
Wow, that was it? :O Damn I'll remember that!
Thank you so much for the help :)
Have a good day!
Kind regards,
Caroline
