I'd like to know how the booking is assign to employee when customer choose any employee. Is it evenly distribute booking to all employees one by one or it just ramdomly give booking to any employee ??
In case of the "Any Employee" option, the Employee is being assigned to the appointment randomly. At the moment, it's not possible to set an algorithm for that.
If you'd like it to work in another way, you can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if this request was already submitted and vote for it.
