We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello, I'm willing to buy this amazing plugin to use in my Store but i have a few questions.
1 - Im using Woocommerce selling several products and one of them is "Personal Shopper" with appointments.. can i use your plugin only in this case? I mean, if users choose this product it will show appointment calendar?!
2 - Is it possible to show logged user info instead of having to fill?
3 - can i use more then 1 calendar? if i decide to sell another products in the same website with appointments, is it possible?
Hi Rodrigo,
thank you for taking interest in Amelia, and for reaching out to us!
1. Our integration with WooCommerce involves customer choosing a date and time in Amelia on your site, then proceeding to payment in WooCommerce cart, where they can make a payment via connected Product you connected to Amelia with our integration. If you can please provide a bit more details about this Personal Shopper option, as customer would not be able to choose something on WooCommerce site, and then go to Amelia Calendar, it has to be vice versa.
2. You can select an option Check for existing email, however, it will often depend from the customer if they will have their fields pre-filled with the information they already once provided.
3. You can have multiple Amelia Calendars for each service, or category or employee; for different WooCommerce products, however, this will not matter, as they will all be shown in any calendar when customer proceeds to payment.
I hope this helps
