    Hallo,
... we need the possibility, that our employees add a new appointments in the Front-end employees panel. But there we can only use the (in wp-admin AMELIA panel) already exists customer names (with their actualy appointments) from the dropdown list.

But, We need the possibility, that our employees add, a COMPLET new appointments in the Front-end employees panel. (like in wp-admin AMELIA panel - with the PLUS-Sign) See ScreenShot.

    Possible? How?

    Thanks for your quickly replay/help.

    Hi, Mike!

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

At the moment, Employees can't add new Customers in Amelia. Probably, this feature will be added later, but I can't tell you when precisely.

I believe that can be fixed with the User Role Editor plugin. This tool allows giving additional permissions to the existing Roles and creating the new Roles. So, you can give permission to add Customers to the Amelia Employee Role. Our Customers use this plugin quite often and usually, it works flawlessly with Amelia.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Best Regards.
