Our developers require your database credentials since PhpMyAdmin doesn't work.
Also, it turned out there are 3 customers with all 3 admin emails saved, so these 3 customers have to be deleted.
Please note that you should avoid creating Customers or Employees with the same email addresses as your Admin Users have, otherwise it might result in mixed permissions.
Could you please open a new ticket? Otherwise, you won't be able to send us WP Admin access in a private reply since you're not the "owner" of this ticket.
Just in case someone will need this information later:
If you face a similar issue that the front-end page doesn't load or/and the Services/Appointments/Employees are not displayed on the back-end after the update to version 3.2, please check your Employees list and see if there's an Employee with an "empty" Last Name. If you find him/her, please edit the Employee, and try to reload the page where the issue occurred.
Our developers will add a fix, so this problem won't be bothering our customers in the future, but at the moment it's the only solution.
Hi. After updating to Amelia 3.2, amelia booking calendars are not loading anymore. They get stuck in the loading icon. Please attached screenshot.
Please fix this ASAP. I am losing clients.
Hello. Any update? this is very urgent
Hi, Hussnain!
Sorry for the delayed response.
Can we use the same WP Admin and FTP credentials you provided us with before? Since we have to look into the issue from the inside.
Best Regards.
Yes please. Use the same credentials.
Hussnain,
Ok, thank you.
I will keep you posted.

I have the very same issue.
Hussnain, I recommend backups before every update. I was able to restore to the previous version.
However I’m interested in a fix.

Hello, everyone!
I'm waiting for the answer from our developers.
I will post here any updates as soon as I receive them.
Hi, thanks. I am going to add my old backup now. I will send you the staging link with updated plugin to test later.
This is really taking super long.
Please don't make any changes to main site now. It's changed to old plugin. Thanks
Ok, sure, thank you for this note.
Hussnain,
please send us the staging site URL.
Pierre-Alex,
We will need the URL to your booking page.
You can provide it here or open a new ticket and indicate that it's addressed to me, so I will find it.
Best Regards.
Hi Liza,
Private ticket # 2763074.
