Is it possible to change the phone number that a customer sees when they receive a text (sms) message from Amelia? Currently it's set to a random number. We'd like to set it to our store/company phone number.

It depends on your location since in some countries there are limitations that don't allow to use an alphanumerical Sender ID.
If you tell me the country you operate in, I will check that for you.
