We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi, we tried to translate Amelia with Loco translate which was really helpful. But we have one problem, a big one actually, we are an online school and our teachers need to have their panel in English. We translated the words that the customers would see on the front end to Thai, but some of those words like "appointment", "time" and many more are also on the Staff panel and were also translated at the same time. Is there a way that we can only translate the front end panel and the customer panel, but not the Staff panel? We really need your help, thanks in advance!
Hello Aynee
Unfortunately, something like this cannot be done. The strings you translate are often repeated in many segments of the plugin, so changing the text will change it everywhere these strings appear.
In v3.2, you now have a way to translate Service names, descriptions, email templates, custom fields, etc. with multi-lingual support. If you use the Thai locale on the front for your customers, you can use the strings modified through the plugin (without using Loco Translate), so the employee panel would be on an English locale - loading English translation, and the sections for your customers would use Thai.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
