We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hello,
I have my own WP site and am wanting to be able to set up a theme or plugin that allows users to come onto the site and search for service providers 'dog walkers' via location. Each service provider will be able to create their own profile and needs to be able to be booked through the site. Ideally google maps can be integrated on the front end so users can search via location. In the backend, admin needs to be able to control the services, commissions and as much info as possible however users and service providers still need to be able to create their own account so they can liase together. Is this something your plugin provides? Thanks, Sarah

    Hi Sarah,

thank you for reaching out to us, and for taking interest in Amelia!

Unfortunately, Amelia does not have a location search / filter, that can work with searches by location or zip code.

You could state on your site that areas x y z are accepted, and request the zip code to be entered by the client, and then approve or cancel their booking in case they chose the zip code of an area that is not covered by your service.

Optionally, you can enter several different locations that clients can choose from (make a location for every zip code), and they would be able to choose a location in this way.

For the control, admin controls everything - from services and prices, to employees and schedules, appointments and approvals of these bookings; customer simply needs to provide full name and email (and phone if you wish; also you can add custom fields if you need more info from the customers).
