In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hi, I have some questions and thanks in advance to those who will and can answer them:
1. I set up the payment option thru woocommerce and I wonder if the default notifications will be sent from Amelia or from woocommerce? (Can I make Amelia the default)
2. The default checkout page of my woocommerce comes with an option for returning customers to log in. How can I redirect them to log in to Amelia customer panel?

3. Is there a way for me to show my staff pictures on a package? They only appear on a service product and very small in size.

I apologize for the delayed response.
And thank you for choosing Amelia.
1. There are two types of Notifications: one is coming from Amelia and one is from WooCommerce. So, if you don't want one of them to be sent to your Customers, you can disable it. In Amelia it can be done on the Notifications page, and in WooCommerce on the Settings -> Emails page.
2. If you want all the Services to be redirected to the same page after booking, please add "Redirect URL After Booking" in Amelia -> Settings -> General settings. If you want to set different redirect pages for your Services, please open Amelia -> Services -> Edit service -> Settings -> General and add "Redirect URL After Booking" there.
3. You can try to add pictures to the Edit Package -> Galery, but in this case, these pictures won't be shown on the Package preview but rather on the Background once the Package is already selected. The other way to display your Employee's pictures - only to add them to the Employees profiles, so they will appear as on this page - https://phasaangkritacademy.com/ac-grammar-adults-beginner/
