We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I have a question
I run a spin class on a Tuesday and Thursday at 6.15pm both days.
Is there any way i can add these days in, this is the only days and time it is available
I dont want a client to be able to select any other days or times.
Thanks
Hi Gary,
thank you for taking interest in Amelia and for contacting us; I apologize for the later response, as we don't work on weekends.
Sure - in your employee's work hours, you would just set up times for Tuesday and Thursday, and delete times for other days.
In this way your spin class can only be chosen on these 2 days, at 6:15pm. All other days will be unavailable.
Hi
This employee also works other days for other types of classes.
What should we do to fix that?
Hi Gary,
thank you for the kind reply!
Sure, your employee can work like this:
Monday, add hours for class X
Tuesday and Thursday, add hours for class Y
You can even add multiple shifts in one day for multiple classes. For example employee can work Monday 8-10 for class X, and then 10-13 for class Y.
When you're setting a work slot for employee in Work Hours, Amelia will ask you for each slot which service (class) you want it to be.
