Hi - I'm testing the front end with my email. When I create an appointment, my customers should automatically get an email. However, I'm not receiving any email with login information, and thus cannot make a password to access the customer portal.
When you're testing the plugin from the front-end, please don't use the same email you're using as an Admin of the site. Also, it's not recommended to book anything from the front-end, while you're still logged into WordPress, so make all tests from an incognito window.
As for emails - are you actually receiving emails when you book an appointment? If not, make sure you Configured Notification Settings, and that you've enabled emails you want to send.
The "Customer Panel Access" email template is only used for "Forgot Password" and if you're choosing not to use the password option. You need to add %customer_panel_url% placeholder to your other email templates ("Appointment Booked", "Appointment Pending", etc.) in order for the URL to the customer panel to be sent to the customer.
When they visit that URL the first time, they will create a password they will later use to log in.

Hello Josephine
Thank you for your purchase.
