Thank you for being so understanding, and we hope you enjoy the long weekend!
Dear support team,
is it possible to edit the customer notifications not only in the WYSIWYG view, but also as pure HTML, so that you can include your own templates for the mails?
Thank you very much and best regards,
Danylo
Hi Danylo,
thank you for reaching out to us; I apologize for the later response, as we don't work on weekends.
HTML isn't supported in email notifications in Amelia with its current built-in features, unfortunately.
You can vote for this feature request here, so it can be considered for implementation in the future updates of Amelia.
We are still working on implementing HTML into the email editor, to provide our clients more options for customizing. I cannot tell you the exact date of implementation, however, we did notice the interest in such feature, and will work to make it happen as soon as we can.
