Notifications to employees don't work anymore ?

    Hi,

    I note that the notifications of event bookings do arrive at the customer, but no longer towards the employees.

    To test I have:

    1. Changed the send method in Amélia's settings, I went from "Mail PHP" to SMTP;

    2. Changed the mailbox for sending notifications (before [email protected], after [email protected] so two different domains);

    And it's always the same, towards the customers it is OK, but nothing happens to the employees.

    In the notification options (Amelia plugin / Notification / Email notification / to employees), when I test sending an email (send a test email button) to an employee's email, the email arrives .

    It's really when it's the user who registers for an event that employees don't get an email notification.

    Am I the only one in this situation ?

    thank you for reaching out and for letting us know; I apologize for the later response, as we don't work on weekends.

    Please let me know if your Amelia is updated to v3.2 and if you have that employee added as Staff for that particular event.

    thank you for the kind reply!

    It is all right, don't be harsh on yourself - the setup needs to be very precise, and sometimes even I skip a step in my own setup on the test pagesmile.png
