We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hi Amelia,

    We are using your great solution since march this year. We love it. But we really miss the possibility to add a date picker/field which allows only dates from a certain age. We are active in the plastic surgery and cosmetic industry and for most/all treatments a person needs to be +18. 

    If we add a date picker to the submission form, it starts from today (2021). What we would like is that the date picker starts showing 1950 and max. until 2002 for birth date selection. Or show a error/notification when someone is not older than 18 years. If a person is not older than 18 years for a specific Service, it should show and end the proces or the date selection should be max until the date we put in the settings.

    We are hoping you can add this feature in the next release, this way we will continue to use Amelia for more websites and also going abroad (Germany). Please let me know if this is on the agenda to develop, we would highly appreciate this.

    Hello Adel.

    Thank you for the suggestion, it's not something we previously received, but it is good.

    At the moment, there's no way to include it, so a custom solution would have to be implemented.

    I'll forward this to our development team, but I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
