    Hello, 

    I purchased a basic version but would like to upgrade to pro for the extra package feature. Is it possible to do this? If so, will I have to re enter the settings/services etc?

    Hi Natalie,

    thank you for taking interest in upgrading Ameliasmile.png

    We can do this for you, just please let me know the email you used to purchase current licence, which licence you'd like (Pro Annual or Pro Lifetime).

    And if you have the funds on your card or PayPal account (depending on how you purchased the plugin with), we can simply issue the request to our reseller - Paddle, and they will charge you the difference.

    You will not lose any data you've made - employees, services, etc, don't worry. Just make sure that the option Delete tables is OFF, in Amelia > Settings > Activation.

    When you confirm you're OK with this, I will continue with the process.

    Hi Natalie,

    thank you for the kind reply! I apologize for the later response, as we don't work on weekends.

    Unfortunately, we can't change the payment method used for payment on Paddle - we can go a different way:

    We can cancel your Basic licence, and you can purchase the Pro. Then, we can refund a part of the Pro and that would amount to the difference between the licences.

    Please let me know if that would be all right with you.
