    Hi there,

Is it possible for a customer to book multiple treatments from different categories in one go?

As I see it at the moment, they would have to book one treatment, then go back to the categories and book another treatment which might not be available at the same time as the first one they've booked.

I hope someone can get back to me as soon as possible on this one!

    Thank you.

    Hi, Joseph!

I apologize for the delayed response, we don't work on weekends.

At the moment it is not possible to book multiple appointments at once in Amelia. But it is on our to-do list for future updates.

However, it can be achieved with some workarounds.

One of the workarounds is to use Recurring appointments. But it is suitable only if a customer books multiple appointments of the same service.

The other one is Packages of Services - it is a feature that allows creating packages of multiple appointments (of the same or different services). In that case, the services that are included in the package and the number of appointments will be fixed, and the price will be set for the whole package. You can see more information here. Please note that the Packages feature is only available for Amelia Pro and Developer licenses.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Best Regards.

    Hi, Joseph!

I'm sorry to hear that Amelia didn't suit your business.

Please log in to http://store.tms-plugins.com/ with the credentials you received in your e-mail when you purchased the plugin, then navigate to Purchases/Amelia, and if you're still within 15 days from purchase you will see the "Request Refund" button.

If you don't see it, and you're using a screen with a width lower than 1600px, you will need to scroll through that screen horizontally to see the button.

After you submit a refund request, you will not receive any confirmation emails, but you will see that the button is grayed out:

That means that the refund request is successfully submitted and that you will receive your refund in 5 - 7 business days.

    Best Regards.

    Hi Liza,

Yesterday, when I asked if I could cancel the subscription, was the 15th day and I paid to upgrade the plugin less than 5 days ago.

Can I cancel and be refunded on this basis please? I'm concerned your system will not take this into account.

    Thanks,

    Joe

    Hi Liza,

I've just received the notification of the cancellation and refunds.

Thank you and your colleagues very much for your help.

The plugin is great and is actually the one I prefer from your competition, but the one particular feature is what our client needed but didn't inform us until later in the process, so we will hopefully be back for the Pro version again in the future if the need arises.

    Thanks,

    Joe
