We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
HI,
I've integrated individual employee's account with their google calendar.
My question is what about google calendar syncing with shop calendar which shows all employees' appointments?
The shop owner should be able to see all appointments in a google calendar, right?
Where can I set the shop calendar syncing with google like wpamelia-calendar page?
https://xxxxxxxx/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpamelia-calendar
Hello Howard
The Google Calendar integration was not designed in this way. Its use is to link your employees to their Google Calendars, so the appointments made in Amelia appear in Google, and busy events created in Google are blocked from their calendar.
There's no way to connect an admin to a Google calendar in order to display all appointments of all employees in his/her calendar.
You can try changing the code in this file:
src/Infrastructure/Services/Google/GoogleCalendarService.php
It's currently set like this:
And you'd need to modify it to this:
So, the first line of code is changed to this:
The admin would be added as an attendee to all appointments, so it should work.
Please let me know.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
