I have all of the original .mo and .po files that come with the plugin in the correct folder on our site but when I search for a language in the "Manage Languages" section of the General Settings all I get is a message that says "No Data".
We haven't had this issue reported. This is a new feature, so caching should not be involved, but just in case try deleting caching from your server.
If that doesn't work, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Just for the record I had to roll the plugin back to 3.1.2. Our services still existed in our DB but they weren't being listed anywhere on the front end or in the Wordpress admin, plus we received an error when we tried to create recreate them.
Here is an error I was receiving in my browser console in the Wordpress admin:
in /wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking//public/js/chunks/amelia-booking-dashboard-1e03b37df0806dffcc45.js
Error: Request failed with status code 500

Files like this one /wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/public/js/chunks/amelia-booking-dashboard-1e03b37df0806dffcc45.js are replaced with every update, and when you modify something in Amelia/Customize section.
They are cached on your server, so whenever you update the plugin you need to flush the cache from your server, or it will try to load cached files which are not being used anymore (or don't exist anymore). Please reinstall v3.2, delete cache from your server and your browser, and try again.
If that fails, I'll use the credentials you previously provided to log into your website, and see what's going on.
I flush our site cache pretty frequently as I make updates or tinker with it, but I'll keep that in mind that we need to flush it anytime we update the Amelia plugin.
Looks like everything is working now! I re-uploaded the entire plugin, overwriting everything in the Amelia plugin directory and then flushed all the caches.
I appreciate your help with everything, thank you.

I followed these instructions in the docs: https://wpamelia.com/multilingual-support/
Is there something else we ned to do to make the languages show up?
Thanks!

This is mandatory only on some installations, not on all, but if your issue is resolved now, I'd say that it is mandatory on your end.
