We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Hello

    I've been speaking with a client prospect for whom I think your plugin would be perfect - they're a yoga studio

    Is it possible to set for example up a class for 10 people 3 times a week.  Like a yoga class for example. 
    So clients would come to the site, look at the schedule, and book their spot in the class.

    I think from the demos this is possible with events, but I couldn't see how to create packages with events - for example a package of 10, 20, or monthly classes.

    Sorry for the delayed response.

    And thank you for your inquiry.

    That's correct: it sounds like Events match your requirements. However, at the moment we don't have Packages of Events, only Packages of Services.

    Maybe if you create one Event with multiple dates (for example, 10), then it will work similarly to Packages: your Customers will be able to purchase all the dates at once. However, they won't be able to re-schedule/book different dates, since all of them will be fixed.
