Thank you for being so understanding, and we hope you enjoy the long weekend!
Hi,
Before installing Amelia, I used to schedule customers using my phone's calendar by entering their name in the title field and their address in the location field. Is there a way to do this with Amelia? I have their address as a custom field right now.
If this is something that can't be done, or has to be a customisation then it's something I will have to live without.
Hi John,
thank you for contacting us!
I apologize for the later response, as we don't work on weekends.
You can schedule the customers from the back end of Amelia only; scheduling from Google or Outlook calendar is unfortunately not possible at the moment, as Amelia can only take one type of information from your calendar - busy slots.
