We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Please have a look at https://escursioni.ilponticello.net/mattina-canoa-riviera-del-conero/ and click on the 22th of May.

If I click on the 22 May event, I get all the dates associated with that event, not 22 May (as attached).

I would like it if a user clicks on the 22th of May in the event date and in the schedule they only see "22th of May" and not the whole list of other dates: what sense they have?

Please do not answer me that 'these are functions that will be implemented in the next version' because that is the same as receiving no answer at all.

    Hello Fausto

This is one event, where you defined multiple dates, like this:

    9970373153.png

It's not a single event, but an event that happens every weekend from May 15th - June 13th, so you cannot book only one date from this event. You can only book all the dates that you've added.

If you want your customers to choose which events they want to book, you need to add one event for Saturday and enable the "Recurring" option, so it repeats every week until June 12th, and then one event for Sunday, and enable "Recurring", so it repeats every week until June 13th.

I can't say that any functions will be implemented in the next version, because this will not be changed - this is how the plugin is working - if you create a single event, with multiple dates, it will be a single event with multiple dates, so your customers can only book all dates within that event.

    Kind Regards,
