Sorry for the late responses, we have a lot of tickets coming in, and we go through them in the order in which they appear.
Please double-check if you connected the employee to his Zoom account in Amelia/Employees -> employee's profile.
Then, go to Amelia/Services, access the service, and go to the Settings tab. In it, make sure that under "Integrations", Zoom is enabled.
Last thing to check is if you're adding correct placeholders:
%zoom_join_url% should be placed in notifications for the customer, while %zoom_host_url% should be added to the employee notifications.
If you're still facing issues after this, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Hello,
I am trying to put the %zoom_join_url% link in the notification email template.
but when the client receives the notification mail, the link disappears.
I have already set up Zoom acordingly to the page https://wpamelia.com/configuring-zoom/
and I have connected an employee to the service.
I have been waiting for your answer for 3 days !!!!!! Your support is very disappointing !
Thanks in advance
