You can set the suitable Time Slot Step in Amelia -> General Settings. Also, if you want the available time slots to be shown according to a Service duration, please enable the "Use service duration for booking a time slot" option in Amelia -> General Settings. For example:
The Service availability depends on the Employee's working hours. So, if you want the Service to be available from 5 pm to 11 pm, please open the Employee's profile and set the Working hours accordingly:

1. I'm not sure what you mean by "people can't book same day". If you mean that the same Customer can't book more than one appointment per day, then there's no such option in Amelia. However, if you mean that a particular time slot can be available for booking for only one person, then please set the Maximum capacity of the Service to 2 and make sure that the "Allow booking above maximum capacity" and "Allow booking below minimum capacity" options are disabled in Amelia -> Settings -> Appointments.
2. Yes, you can add a Cleaning fee as Extra to each Service. This Extra can have its own price and duration (if needed). Please note that Extras can't be mandatory:

Amelia adjust to the page's layout, so the UI depends on the page builder and the theme you use.
Unfortunately, there are no themes we can provide. All demo sites have been manually created by us, using WP Bakery page builder.
Also, you can change the way Amelia looks on the Amelia -> Customize tab. You can select your brand colors there.
