We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Couple of questions here.

I am considering Amelia for my client's virtual Yoga Studio service.

I wanted to know if the custom fields made in the backend will also be sent as additional data in the zap to be sent to a custom Mailchimp field.

For the zoom integartion, how do I setup the zoom with an event. I'm not seeing that option inside of the backend on my site.

I would like to know if you have plans to have integration with plugins like wpfusion. They said that they have had difficulty with your coding for making hooks. This would be really good when connecting CRMs and Email service providers to really expand on the plugin. THis would be so great!

    Hi Michael,

thank you for taking interest in Amelia, and for reaching out to ussmile.png

Yes, if you use Zapier for connecting, Zapier will retrieve all data from the booking and you can select which you want to sent to the third party application, including data from custom fields.

The only difference with custom fields is that those fields require parsing because those are JSON fields (they are not the same as first name, last name, email etc. fields).

When you finish the Zoom setup, you will be able to go to Events > Add New > Add Date Name (and all other basic Event info), and select Zoom User. Once you save this event and go back to edit it, Zoom link will appear.

Unfortunately, this integration with CRM is not planned feature yet, if you suggest it here, users will be able to vote for it and it can be considered in the future. We have a lot of feature requests,  the most requested features are in the top of the list and we really try to implement as many new features in each update.

    Thank you for responding Ivana.

Quick Follow up question....If parsing is required do you know if Zapier does the parsing or do I need to do something to translate it otherwise?

If yes, could you suggest how to go about doing that

thank you for the kind replysmile.pngI apologize for the later response, as we don't work on weekends.

Perhaps this article on Zapier will help; let me know.
