In case that you have an event with capacity of more than 1 person, let's say 5, and 5 people book the event, they will all be attending the same event.
For the services, one person books one appointment with one employee - they will receive one link specifically for that customer, with that employee.
When it comes to events, we are unfortunately unable to separate the attendees to have different zoom links for different staff members.

Is it possible that when I have created an event, that the customer who books the event gets an email with an individual zoom link?
The zoom link is individual for each event. Also note that the zoom meeting is not created from a central account, but each employee has his own link.
