Ok, so I finally found how to delete an employee but it won't let me because it says there are future appointments. But there are none that can be found nor any services. All is from the back end. There was an error using the admin email and the same for the employee but it can't be fixed if it keeps saying please wait and the screen never opens. Perhaps I need to role the entire plug in back to April 16th when I purchased to all default settings and start over. Please advise. Not being able to get into the screen to begin with makes it impossible to fix.
Ok, since you and I and my IT person are dealing with this on another ticket let's close this one so as to not tie up more time to repair this issue. She is setting up credentials now to for either you or whomever she is talking with over the same issue.
