We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
How can I make a price change from a specific day.
I will change the price of my services at the turn of next year.
I see no possibility of having one price on a service until 31/12/2021 of e.g. dkk 300 and a price for the same service of dkk 325 after 01/01/2022.
How do I do it?
Hello Henning
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately, something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
Since the price can be changed only per service, or per employee, there are 2 possible approaches:
1. Create new services with different prices, or
2. Create new employees that would work on the same services but at different prices.
Both approaches require the use of special days, though. You would need to create special days for the rest of the year, so if you go for option 1, your existing employees would work only on existing services during those special days (until the end of the year). When the year passes, and these special days pass with it, the employees would start working their regular working hours. In regular working hours, you would set your employee's working hours so they work only on those new services.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
