    Hi,

We would like to use the Amelia plugin for our WooCommerce webshop.
On every product page we would like to place an extra button so the customer can make an appointment about this product. Is it possible to add the product ID and the type of appointment in the url so that if the customer clicks on the url, the right appointment type is preselected and somewhere the product ID is visible for us?

    Thanks!

    Regards, Sebastiaan

    Hi, Sebastiaan!

    Thank you for your inquiry.

I'm afraid, there are no such built-in features in Amelia. Probably, it can be achieved with some custom work, but I can't tell precisely.

The only solution I see at the moment is to create multiple booking forms on different pages, so each product has its own form, and then make them available through these buttons.

I'd like to mention that Amelia has integration with WooCommerce, but it works as a payment getaway. In other words, some functions as Woo cart or Woo login are not available through this integration.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Best Regards.

    Hi Liza,

    Thanks for the reply.
Does this custom work can be done by your developers?
If so, how much time/money will it cost to have this option build in?
It's definitely something we want to use for our customers.

    Regards,

    Sebastiaan

    Hi, Sebastiaan!

I just thought that there might be another solution for that: if you use the Catalog view, then you can create an anchor to each Service, and add links that would take Customers to that Service directly to the buttons on your webshop page.

Otherwise, we can recommend you developer teams that work with Amelia customization since our developers are too busy at the moment with their current tasks.

    Best Regards.
