We have implemented Amelia on the wordpress website of our client ( URL shared above). It is allowing multiple appointment booking on the same timeslot while we have defined the minimum and maximum value of service as 1 and it should not permit this. This is causing a lot of inconvenience to our client. Please address this on an urgent basis. See the attached screenshot.

Please go to Amelia Settings/Appointment settings, and make sure "Allow booking above maximum capacity" slider is not enabled.

Unfortunately this setting is not working. And because of delay in support from your side I have cancelled the subscription. My client was facing this problem when covid is spreading fast in India. Please advise when the money will be refunded to my credit card that I used for the purchase.

I see that you cancelled your subscription, but you haven't requested a refund. Today, it's been 18 days since the purchase, so the "Refund" button is no longer available in our store (our refund policy is 15 days). Since you opened the ticket while you were still in the 15-day money-back guarantee period I manually issued a refund for you, and you will be refunded in 5 - 7 business days.
