    I have a problem when 2 or more clients book the same day at the same time. It happens to me that when I confirm only 1, an email is sent to everyone confirming the appointment. I also need help to reschedule since I cannot do it, I must delete the appointment and ask the client to reschedule. Thank you.

    Hi Jose Ignacio,

    thank you for reaching out to us.

    In case that you have multiple people booking the same service (if that service has max capacity above 1), they should each get their appointment approved separately. Are you referring to Events instead?

    Hello Ivana, thank you very much for answering. I'm talking about booking appointments. When it is the same service and I have more than 1 client that day / hour. What happens to me is that if one confirms me and I change the status of that client to confirmed, an email is sent to the other who belongs to the same group. The second problem is when I want to reschedule a client, I don't know how to do it from Amelia, I have to ask him to book again through the website and then I cancel the old appointment. I send you my website so you can see it. www.luxurypeluqueria.cl

    Thank you very much for your time, I hope you can help me

    Hi Jose Ignacio,

    thank you for the kind reply!

    Unfortunately there isn't much that I can see by going to your website frontend;

    please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

    We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

    You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Hello Jose Ignacio,

    thank you so much for the credentials.

    Unfortunately, site rejected them several times, can you please check the password again?

    In the meantime, please check if you are logged in as Admin when you want to change the time of someone's appointment. When you go to Amelia > Appointments > Edit > you can set another date or time and Save. This will reschedule it and send a new email to the customer so that they know it's rescheduled.
