The filters are not working. I created a few filters with filter type as selectbox and they are working properly. I'm unable to see values. They are grayed out.
Not sure the the combination to get them to work. I've been having issues getting them to work consistently.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Blazenka already forwarded this to our developer, and he found that the issue with empty filters is coming from the CONCAT function, so there's no new info I can provide here.
As for the other issue, you're having with the date, as soon as you provide us with the clone of your website, our developer will debug the clone, and see what's going on. Just send it to Blazenka, since she's already working on this with him.
I see Blazenka responded to your other ticket, and our developer is working with her on resolving your issues. As soon as she hears from him, she'll contact you.

Thanks for the reply. The concat isn’t the issue. I created a table without the concat and I still have the issue.
Please have your development team continue to work on this issue. I need this functionality working before my client can go live
It’s the primary reason I purchased the product to use for my client. If it can’t work, unfortunately I’ll have to find another software.
