Would it be possible, with some css, to adjust the UI to be like this? Calendar on left, time durations on right in button format, time slots on right in larger format.
I'm afraid, this will require the whole custom work since it's not possible to change two parts of a plugin with a simple CSS.
We will add more Customization options in one of the coming updates, so you can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if this request was already submitted and vote for it.

The Amelia interface is pretty good, but this is just a whole lot smoother in my opinion.
