We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello... I need to have the possibility to set multiple locations to a single employee but I can't find this option.
At the moment I only see the drop-down menu with the possibility of selecting only one location.
Where can I enable this option on the control panel?
Thanks.
I've tested in depth the plugin but I can't nothing for multiple locations to a single employee.
This is an essential function for me, as I work as a freelancer and most of my work with booking systems requires me this option.
Is something that will be available very soon or not?
Thanks.
Hi, Michele!
Thank you for choosing Amelia.
Probably it can be achieved with Custom Fields. You can add a Select box with a list of locations or just a text field, so your customers will be able to enter their address/location there. You will be able to see these Custom fields on the Appointments page on the back-end and also receive them in the email notifications (for that, you will have to insert the corresponding placeholder, for example %custom_field_11%, into the Appointment Approved/Appointment Pending template).
Also, you can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if this request was already submitted and vote for it.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Ok, thanks Liza. I'll try to see if "custom fields" temporarily solve this problem. However, at first glance unfortunately it seems to me that it is not possible to assign it to certain employees, but only to specific services (not all employees have different locations).
Anyway, close the ticket.
Thanks.
