There's a location selection drop-down by default, so if you have multiple locations, your client can choose a suitable one right on the booking calendar. However, this step isn't compulsory and can be skipped during the booking process.
Or, if you mean to choose a custom location (basically, to provide the address of the meeting), then it can be achieved with Custom Fields: you can add a Custom Field to the booking form, so your customers will be able either to select one location out of a list or to write the address depending on the type of the field.

i have same question, i hope i can reply here,
it would be better if there is option for customer location and its saved incase the poitment is recuring and so customer dont has to write it again and again will Custom Fields save the data in his profile for next appoitment list.
