You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I saw its not available in basic plan.can you give me example of package of service ?
And one more thing, is this plugin can connect with local payment gateway?

Via Packages, you can combine multiple services, and even discount them, to offer them as a "bulk" to your clients. Within Packages, you can choose which Services you'd like to join, how many appointments will a client have available to book (example: 3 appointments in the span of one month for each service), and even choose whether there will be a discount or not for the Package of Services.
You can use WooCommerce if you have one of their payment gateways in the form of a Product.
