Hi
I have a question about integration with google calendar.
Only one employee is experiencing calendar outages after May 4th.
Other employees are fine.
This employee may have a schedule that spans multiple days.
Is there a problem with how to insert the google calendar?
Thank you.
Misa,
Hello Misa
How many employees do you have, and roughly how many busy events do they have in their Google Calendars (combined)? Check the "Maximum number of events returned" in Amelia Settings/Integrations/Google Calendar, and if it's not on the maximum value (2.500), increase it to 2.500.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hello again misa.
I checked your page https://uranai.arijp.com/calendar/%E3%81%82%E3%81%95%E3%81%8E%E7%9C%9F%E9%82%A3%E4%BA%88%E7%B4%84%E3%82%AB%E3%83%AC%E3%83%B3%E3%83%80%E3%83%BC/, and the form never loaded, so I couldn't check anything.
The maximum number of events returned checks all connected Google Calendars. So, if you have 10 employees, and they have 25 busy events each, every day, the 2.500 limit will be reached in 10 days (10 employees x 25 events = 250 events a day. 250 events x 10 days = 2.500).
Check if all your employees are linked to their Google Calendars.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
