Hello, I could not find clear help with this in the docs and forum:
I am using WooCommerce. I have activated the WooCommerce integration and assigned products to services.
Still Amelia using a different checkout process than woocommerce. So not the shopping cart and checkout.
It is kind of confusing for my user to have different checkout-processes, because when they buy a different product from my site, they have to use the woocommerce check out and cart.
Is there a way that I missed to have the appointments put into the shopping cart of woocommerce? Or any other workaround? It would also help with users who want to buy a product and book an appointment in one step rather than having to pay 2 times.
No, you didn't miss anything: that's the way WooCommerce integration works. The cart isn't available there, and the checkout process is different. Basically, this integration works as a payment getaway, and not as usual WooCommerce shopping.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
