As I see currently, the login/registration system in wpamelia and wordpress are not synced with each other. The employee has to login twice on for Wordpress and another one to check the wpamleia employee dashboard. Is it possible to ensure that we can sync the logins so that an employee has to log in only once to WordPress and can access their employee panel as well?

I'm afraid, it is not possible with current built-in features.
Probably, it can be achieved with some custom work, but this service isn't included in our support.
You can suggest a joint login as a feature request here, or check if this request was already submitted and vote for it.
